Accomplished Collaborative Leaders--Join Our New Master's Cohort!
The Master of Arts in Collaborative Leadership at National University is designed for teachers who wish to become National Board Certified and who also want to develop the leadership skills necessary to work with school administrators to effect meaningful school change. This program combines the MAT NBCT courses and the MAT 650 series courses that were developed using textbooks from Dr. Doug Reeves’ Leadership and Learning Center (LLC) in Denver, Colorado.. Upon completion of your studies, you will have developed the National Board Teacher Leadership portfolio in your subject and grade level and you’ll be prepared to assume a variety of leadership positions within your school and district. The schedule for this 10-course degree program is driven by NBC course alignment with portfolio submission dates set by the NBPTS. Your portfolio serves as your thesis/Capstone Project.
Join this cohort that is being developed exclusively for teachers interested in pursuing a Master of Arts in Collaborative Leadership NBC Cohort.
You have a choice of submitting the portfolio for scoring by the National Board, as desired (we align the NBCT submission dates to match your coursework). If you choose to submit your portfolio for scoring, NBCT will distinguish you as a teacher leader in the field of education.
Additional online and face-to-face support is available for active NBCT candidates, including those who do not require a master’s degree. As a member of the cohort, you are pre-approved to join My eCoach NBCT online support community for $35.
